Discomagnet button badge store damaged or faulty button badges return policy

We can proudly say it is very rare our button badges are damaged during shipping or found to be faulty however in the few instances where it does occur we are understanding. Returns will only be accepted if you have a Return Authorisation Code (RAC). Please contact us via email to obtain a RAC. The return of your button badges must occur within 14 days of delivery of your order and will entitle you to an exchange or refund.
